Attn NYC peeps: TEDxManhattan is happening tomorrow – check it out in person if you can! And for everyone else: Listen in on the live stream from 10:30am – 5:45pm by clicking here. Below is more info about this (incredible-sounding) independently organized TED event:
TEDxManhattan “Changing the Way We Eat” will take place February 16, 2013, in New York City. Speakers with various backgrounds in food and farming will share their insights and expertise. And, hopefully, we’ll have a few surprises during the day. A highlight of the event is the ample time given for attendees to meet each other and look for new synergies and new ideas to help bolster the sustainable food movement.
An overview of the program is below. We’ll be giving away lots of prizes throughout the day that have been generously donated by our sponsors and speakers – see our Giveaways page for more information!
