More Bloomin’ Blooms

I couldn’t help but overhear the annual deafening buzz coming from the blooming trees behind the garden shed. Glad I snapped some shots since the blooms are already spent and the bumblebees have moved elsewhere!

And I was out on Picton Island recently, taking photos for TILT’s July fundraiser, when I spied this impressive collection of daffodils…Who knew there were so many different kinds?

    • I believe they’re cherry blossoms, which are very very common up here. The one old apple tree I have on my property has only just started to bloom (and we keep meaning to try to properly prune it so that we get some apples…).
