This article from NPR about distracted parenting hit a little too close to home for me…While I love the convenience of my iPhone camera for snapping quick shots of the Big Bun, I’ve definitely found myself looking at photos of James instead of interacting with him – yikes! So now I’ve banned myself from excessively looking at my phone when the Bun is around – because while a photo may capture a moment forever, the moment itself should be fully experienced while it’s happening.
